Freedom of the Media

I was told yesterday by a senior journalist that many T.V. channels have been instructed by their managements not to say anything against the great man. The print media is relatively freer, but many may fall in line soon when the screw is tightened.

Many upright journalists, both in the electronic and print media, have been thrown out or conditions created that they had to leave, or they have been told to keep their mouths shut if they want to retain their jobs.

It is an indication that the Second Emergency which I predicted is coming, though presently only creeping paralysis is setting in.
 Jai Ho !

  2. Sir, Why cant there be a monitoring body (Like Judiciary) to monitor media (specially electronic media). Media is providing favors to those who are filling them with fuel. Media (some) has become profit making organizations and can go to any extent to create any news for those who has filled there fuel tanks.
